Nokia has launched the E51, a candybar business smartphone featuring Wi-Fi, HSDPA and Quad-band GSM support with VOIP (voice over Internet Protocol) technology alongside traditional phone networks.
It has a 2-megapixel camera, runs on the S60 series operating system, and has FM radio, media player, Nokia browser and lots of widgets available via the Download! application.
The E51 integrates directly with a host of corporate email solutions - including Microsoft Exchange and Nokia's own Intellisync Wireless Email - and offers streamlined email management and access to attachments.
It also has a dedicated email key on the front cover, an indicator light for new email, and a preview of the latest message on the home screen.
The Nokia E51 will be globally available during the 4th quarter of 2007 for an unsubsidized price of approximately €350 (about $485 USD).
