The latest from Sony Ericsson's popular line of Walkman phones ups the ante on features, battery life, and portability. The W880i is the slimmest of the Walkman line, at just 9.4 mm thick, and comes with a 1GB removable memory stick, which can store up to 900 tracks. It also has a 2.0 megapixel camera and the ability to stream audio directly to a Bluetooth headset or to your home or car stereo. The phone can run a whopping 18 hours as a music player on a single battery charge.

Nokia N77

Price: €370

Nokia N77 allows viewers to have “living-room TV” on the move, which will drive consumer interest in mobile TV - digital broadcast TV sent to a handset. The N77, which will be released in the second quarter of this year, has a wide 2.4-in. flat screen, high quality stereo sound, and is kitted out with cool applications that allow you to select, purchase, and replay TV programs. It will even alert you when a program starts.

Motorola MotoRIZR Z8

Price: Not disclosed

Motorola's MotoRIZR Z8 is only a slight departure from the company's winning ultra-thin RAZR line of handsets. But unlike previous clamshell models, the RIZR uses a novel “kick-slider” design that makes the phone fit more comfortably along the jaw when the keypad is extended. The Z8, built on Symbian operating software, also puts an emphasis on multimedia, with a 2-megapixel camera, an MP3 player, and a 4 GB-capacity microSD slot so you can watch whole movies on the go.

LG Shine

Price: $999.99
LG Electronics struck it big last year with its sexy “Chocolate” phone. This year, it is hoping to follow up with its sleek-looking Shine line of phones, which have already been selling well in Korea. At 3GSM, the company presented three GSM-compatible models for Europe, all of which pack decent features like 1 GB of built-in memory, a 2-megapixel phone, and an MP3 player. You'll love them most of all for their looks.
