She is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Sindhi and Gujarati. In 1999 she won the prestigious title of Miss India Worldwide. She debuted in the Hindi movie Lajja.
She started her career as a fashion model, and appeared in hundreds of advertisements for brands including Amul, Crack Cream, Farex, Freshna, Liril etc. She started off her career as advertisement model for Farex at the tender age of three. Besides these, she worked in music albums, Nasha Hi Nasha with Sukhwinder Singh and Tera Chehra with famous pop singer and keyboard player, Adnan Sami, in the song, Ruthe Huae Ho Kyun.
